Training Center
Media Training Center
The Media Training Center is part of the agency's Department of Training. It was established upon a decision by the agency's board in 2005.
Since then, the center played a vital role in serving the agency's objectives in fields of media training and developing the journalists' professional skills. Those journalists can be from Petra and other organizations engaged in media activities.
Main Objectives:
- Developing journalists' professional skills
- Supervising in-service training programs for journalists at the agency
- Coordinating and cooperating with other organizations involved in media training.
- Contributing to technology transfer to help develop electronic media skills in Jordan
