Greek keen to boost economic ties with Jordan, says ambassador
Amman, Jan.11(Petra) -- Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament, Atef Tarwneh, Wednesday stressed the need to enhance Greece in various domains.
At a meeting with Greek ambassador to Jordan, Vasileios Bornovas , the speaker highlighted the importance of cooperation and coordination between the parliaments of the two countries in international meetings and conferences.
The ambassador said his country is keen to boost relations with the Kingdom in many fields, mainly in the economic domain.
Bornovas voiced appreciation of Jordan's pivotal role under the leadership of His Majesty king Abdullah II, in dealing with various issues in the region.
