Arab ministerial meeting to be held in Jeddah tomorrow

Cairo, Aug. 11 (Petra)--Arab foreign ministers will hold an emergency meeting in the Saudi Red Sea city of Jeddah tomorrow to discuss the latest developments in Syria and what policy action to take following the resignation of the UN-Arab League envoy to Syria Kofi Annan.
Arab League Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Ben Hilli said the meeting will also discuss a successor for the former UN chief.
He said that Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al Arabi, will talk at the Islamic Summit in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, on the league's vision on various issue, mainly the situation in Syria and Palestine.
