News Details Arab ministerial meeting to be held in Jeddah tomorrow   Image Cairo, Aug. 11 (Petra)--Arab foreign ministers will hold an emergency meeting in the Saudi Red Sea city of Jeddah tomorrow to discuss the latest developments in Syria and what policy action to take following the resignation of the UN-Arab League envoy to Syria Kofi Annan. Arab League Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Ben Hilli said the meeting will also discuss a successor for the former UN chief.
