Ramallah, Sep. 19 (Petra) - The Islamic-Christian Commission in Support of Jerusalem and Holy Sites condemned settlers storming Al-Aqsa Mosque wearing priestly garments and performing Talmudic rituals.
In a press release issued on Wednesday, the Commission said that the excavation works around and beneath Al-Aqsa Mosque come with other Judaization procedures that aim at building the alleged temple on the ruins of the holy mosque.
They added that Israeli occupation authorities recently tend to provoke Muslims by conducting Telmudic rituals after storming the mosque accompanied by loud music to celebrate the Jewish new year.
The commission's secretary general, Hanna Issa, said that Judaizing Jerusalem has created a new city that simulates the Jewish objectives, urging international community to act immediately to save the holy city's Islamic and Christian heritage.
